Talent Camp

Talent Camp is a mobile digital platform dedicated to the training and incentive of sales teams, service, employees and students. Through a methodology of gamification + adventure based learning, in the format of questions and answers, the app (iOS / Android) installed by employees / students in their own smartphones, presents different challenges, always in quiz format, linked to a specific campaign (award or motivational) focused on team engagement. The content follows the evolution of each participant, generating scores and advantages according to performance and level of knowledge.
